About the awards
The NAPA BALTIC Packaging Design Awards aim to assess high quality and innovative product packaging design created in the Baltic Region and publicise the best examples to various professionals and to the wider public as well. The exhibition of the selected best work will be accompanied by the NAPA TALKS conference.
The competition is organized by the Lithuanian Design Association (LDA).

Fernanda Saboia
Creative Director & Owner at Fernanda Saboia Design
Fernanda is a carioca living in São Paulo. She graduated in graphic and product design at the legendary Superior School of Industrial Design in Rio de Janeiro. For 17 years, she was part of the creative team at Tátil Design de Ideias, where she took care of Nokia brand design in Latin America in the 2000s. As a partner and creative director at Tátil, she was head of the team that created branding and design for Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Throughout more than 20 years of experience, Fernanda has won D&AD, Cannes Lions, and numerous Brasil Design awards.
In 2017 she started her own network model studio, bringing creative teams and professionals in graphic and product design, brand strategy, content, and illustration.
Gintarė Marcinkevičienė
Partner & CDO at a Stealth Startup
She has worked in the packaging design agency étiquette as a designer & design strategist for more than 6 years. Here Gintarė has been solving clients' problems and fulfilling customers' desires with the team.
Gintarė has a solid number of awards, and she is honored to be the first Lithuanian who gave an interview to TheDieline.
Currently, she is diving deep into a digital world and working in a startup!
Alari Orav
Designer & Partner at AKU
Alari is a designer and strategist with 21 years of industry experience. Besides managing large-scale projects for various companies and institutions, he led the team which developed new brand platform and visual identity for Estonia. Currently he is a designer and a partner at AKU.
Benjaminas Alimas
Designer & Partner at CRITICAL
A sworn design generalist. For almost a decade Benjaminas has been working in a wide variety of design fields ranging from editorial, communication campaigns to branding and packaging. For the past four years he has been a partner at design agency Critical working with projects scaling from social initiatives to international brands.
Aleksandrs Bētiņš
Creative Director & Co-founder of Not Perfect Riga
Aleksandrs Bētiņš has spent his entire career of more than 15 years in one advertising agency. He started off in Lithuania, first as an art director, later the head of the art and creative department. Currently, he is based in Riga, Latvia, and works as a creative director and partner of the leading advertising agency network in Baltics - Not Perfect, the same agency he started in and helped to expand.
Aleksandrs Betins is also the president of Latvian Art Directors Club (LADC) and a mentor in LADC advertising school
Marius Poškus
Head of Design at Ogilvy Vilnius
After studying Graphic Art at Vilnius Academy of Arts, Marius started out as a graphic designer, then got into advertising as an art director in a creative team. For the last seven years Marius has been managing design department at Ogilvy Vilnius, winning numerous local and international awards in the process.
Elvijs Pūce
Graphic Designer at Asketic
An ex-musician, currently working as a full-time graphic designer for the last 7 years, specializing in brand design. He’s been part of and led various discipline design projects and continues to manage multiple brands on a daily basis. Elvijs loves to work with people and believes that the best work is achieved with a good team behind it.
